Subject: 9770 horsepower

I know this has been talked about plenty but has anyone been able to get decent power out there 9 liter motor? Honestly I was more impressed with my 9650 with the 8.1 than this 9 liter. It uses fuel like a 400 hp. motor but performs like a 275 hp motor.
