?I recently needed a belt on sunday, called dealer after hrs. line. finally got a call back. they didn't have the belt but another location did. Sent my son after the belt. then realize I needed the Idler bearings/ snap rings. Snap rings only at their location, I head there. get there and he's looking at the wrong belts. I asked for the chaffer drive belt. He thought it was one of the 3 stage belts for the chopper. WTH. my son had just left other location, sent him back and he had to wait for the parts guy to return, and get the right belt. These Dealers want to sell High Priced machines, higher priced parts and then not have parts or open during Harvest. I'm waiting to see if I'm charged after hrs fee. | |
