Wisconsin | In theory, the cool wet air wont' dry the grain and will cool it. It will then pick up moisture when you run warm moist air through the cool grain. Probably pretty risky though with the way the condensation will form in layers as the front moves through. If you have all winter to play with it, it might work. If you have lots of damp weather with not much temperature variation, then you're looking at the moisture equilibrium levels more than the temperature of the grain and the dew point of the air. | |
