I agree with '67.
In my 50 plus years of using grain bins, I have never seen a single floor stand "blown over", and we ALWAYS turn fans on to do pre-season checks and maintenance, with NO grain in the bin. We also spray the bins at that time with malathion, and hold the spray gun in front of the fan to blow insecticide back under the floor.
