NW IL | We ran a Case 470 Row Trac with a Deere Exact Emerge for about 3 years. We ran the planter through a JD 2630 monitor. We steered the tractor with Ag Leader InCommand 1200/6500/SteerCommand. We used an aftermarket harness from Ag Express that allowed us to connect the JD planter directly to the back of the 2630. We fed GPS from the Ag Leader 6500 to the mobile harness. We fed radar from the tractor to the mobile harness as well.
My vote( assuming you are happy with pro700 for steering) would be to keep your 315 running Pro700/372/NavII (or NavIII) for steering. You can send GPS from the Nav controller to 2630 for planter control. Run the aftermarket harness from Ag Express to connect the planter to the 2630 display. | |
