central mo | Take both phones into you're provider. They SHOULD have a sim card copier specifically for this purpose.
What I've done (originally with my blackberry pearl several years ago, then with a blackberry curve, and now with my Iphone) is set it up so my contacts sync back and forth between my phone and my gmail contact list. This way, any email address in gmail and any phone number I record on the phone is automatically backed up in either location. It works freakin awesome!
It takes some research to setup but is well worth the effort.
