I have had work done on pole buildings by Amish, which was done under a contract price for removing a roof, ceiling, and rafters from a building.  The way I would try and contact them is call the lumber yard or building supply in the area where the Amish live. See if the manager of the lumber yard knows of a "driver" ( person that takes Amish around by auto or van). Then contact that driver and tell them you would like to have them look at your project, and do it under a contract price.
