No sugar was added, but "artificial sweeteners" were added to the fruit. I think sugar is better than "artificial sweeteners" in most cases.
I agree with Rick. Fresh fruit is better than canned. Frozen fruit is also a good and tasty food source too. Berries have a lot of good qualities that are good for people. I eat a lot of dried fruit too.
