I had similar problems. A baby aspirin or 2 a day helped quite a bit but I got the delta variant a few weeks ago and took ivermectin for it and I have felt like a champ ever since. Not sure if it was the ivermectin or getting covid again but if you haven't taken any ivermectin lately I'd start with that
