I've been pulled over before without my license, officer just asked for my date of birth and full name.
Similar situation here. I was pulled over for speeding, and I didn't have a license with me. The deputy didn't even hesitate, and asked for my social. I told him, and that was that. He came back with the ticket filled in with my info, and asked me to "sign here." I don't think he even mentioned the missing license on the ticket. |
