Our local mail has to go to St. Louis, then is shipped back to our town to be delivered.  Lot's of mail gets lost in the transfer.  Nobody in the city got their water bill this last month because the post office sent them to St. Louis and now they are lost.  City has to cough up another $200 in postage to send out again.  No help from post office.
