Yep you’re exactly right. We have 1.5-2% OM and 7-12 CECs in central Nebraska irrigated ground. We have used beef manure for a few years just never chicken litter. They have recently built a ton of chicken barns in east central Nebraska so litter is becoming a new option for us for fertilizer. Think we’re gonna give it a shot. Thanks for the input.
