Have a local guy who grows KSU developed seed for resale, certified seed and registered seed. He has been telling people for years that he gets paid $3 a bushel above market price by the government for any seed he does not sell. Is this BS like I think, knowing the guy, or does a university or some agency kick in money for unsold seed wheat?
