I would bet your hydraulic pump is just about ready to fail. I had exact problem on a 9660, ended up losing most of the hydraulics one day. Ended up the coupler in between two of the stacked pumps on the back of the hydrostatic pump busted so would not drive the last pump in line. New pumps came together as a unit and replaced all of them at once.
