What population did you plant the 200 acres at. If the 70% is enough population then don't worry about the rest. I would guess the 5% that sprouted and then stopped are done. The remaining 25% will sometimes come when you get another rain. A little uneven, but not as bad as if it were corn. A lot of farmers in Indiana would be happy with 70% stand up and growing.
