Make sure to read labels to find what the pre harvest interval is for each chemical.

Paraquat is probably one the best but we do not use it because per label you have to wait 15 days to harvest soybeans and IMHO that is too long when they will likely be ready in 7-10 days.

Have used Sharpen plus MSO and it is helpful but not perfect. Pre harvest interval for this is 3 days.
