Valley, NE | I call it a "management meeting" and on the back of the receipt i write all members of management in attendance and brief description of "discussions." so far the tax guy goes along with it. Me and my family are management in our family run operation, so far so good. and we have a management meeting about once a month.
I also deduct grocery supplies for when we work cattle and i have a crew helping me, and they have to eat. I don't pay them money, and most of my buddies that help me dont mind exchanging a couple half days a year for a decent burger, rocky mountain oysters, steaks, and all the fixings.
