Are you talking a Landoll type vertical tillage tool? Have a friend who tried it on pivot tracks and no bueno. Not enough dirt moving.

I have an IH 490 and if I rock it back a bit and make a pass with wings up, it's just ok. Second pass with wings out levels it but still not as good as I'd like.

I've wondered about a cheap three-point hitch 6' wide disk. Be my luck I'd spend $1000 and break it in two on the first circle.
