| I do it with a 1990CCS. Come back in the spring and plant beans in between the cover crop rows with the same machine. Plant covers at an angle in bean stubble then plant corn straight for the field (at an angle to the covers). I figure I get a lot of the cover crop benefits with less risk to the cash crop that follows. Used to plant real heavy on 10” rows like the govt program calls for and had too much problems with the cash crop following. | |
