I have seen issues with an 80 foot boom not lining up properly in situations where the planter (30" rows) operator did not track the pass correctly.

I'm convinced that I don't like 80 foot row machines anymore mostly because of this issue.


Maybe they have the tread set wrong or something if they are using a 90 foot boom. We had a rogator once that pushed the tire tread out whenever it wanted to.
