Subject: RE: Brisket rub

Ross County, Ohio
I do a with rub of salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne and sometimes mustard. The mustard and my gut don't always get along.
Now, if I don't have any mixed up, lack ingredients, or just being lazy I use rubs from a meat market in Cumberland, Wisconsin named Louie's Finer Meats. They have a great selection of in house blends and you can order on line. Should you order, I recommend getting a pack of their summer snack sticks too.
