E.Central MN | I agree that some farmers aren't as concerned about having safe equipment on the highways, but there are plenty of non-farmers who are the same way. I think its still a low risk to be looking at preventing when a large number of crashes are caused by inattentive driving by car/suv drivers. Maybe the state will just offer the troopers transfers to become DOT officers and have them write enough tickets to pay their salaries. | |
