I was going to comment try keeping track of 100 grand kids.

I googled it and got these links about couples having 100 grandkids, but IMHO they are cheating because they include great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren in the count.

Now I call this cheating because my mother has 90 first cousins on her fathers side and she is the oldest of 7 (that makes 97 grandchildren); my great-grandfather always said he wanted a small funeral so he was going to out live all his friends, but the having so many grandchildren put a damper on that plan; he was a little surprised that he did not get to 100 since he figured if each of his 10 adult children (2 died as infants) had 10 children he would have gotten to 100 grandchildren and could easily have since one had 15 children while another only had 2 (it would only have taken 3 more to get to 100.)  I will point out that these are all descendants of this one couple, no step-grandchildren and none with multiple spouses.
