His premise was more silage will be chopped to SUBSTITUTE for poor alfalfa yields. Unless that corn has zero grain in it, anybody making a rational ration decision will put less grain in that ration and add a protien concentrate of some sort. Less of the corn cut for grain is needed in that little demand situation.
