Don't know how accurate my thought is but I would say SD is losing maybe 1 bushel every day we don't get rain. Could put final yield anywhere from 140 down to 100ish? You can make the assumption that we will get rain but the trend would be against that. Stress areas are getting bigger all the time. Personally we have had over 4 inches in the last month and starting to show stress already.

But in reality even if a guy knew how much it was going to rain going forward it would still be really difficult to determine SD's yield. Some won't have a harvest and others will have record yields.
