Northeast Iowa | Good call, I had to double check because I thought something was goofy with the next 40 over.
Unfortunately it is a weird section, and that 40 has been cut into with 3 different landowners, but it is all tillable minus an acreage in what would be a dryland corner.
Would be really nice to own that next odd 40 over. We'd have mile long rows! Unheard of around here
