Kirksville, Mo | Montana, and ND yellow peas are toast, was kicking around the idea of trying to find some acres to plant Peas in TX, on some pivots after corn or milo-or other crops. Should have 90 days frost free if i get them in soon. Would the herbicides be a issue after corn? Any thoughts on why this would be a terrible idea? I know they grow blackeyed peas, and I have grown chickpeas, but they where seeded in the spring.
