Central SD | Sprayed over 4500 acres this spring and have not had to re-enter any info under the same task or products used. If I understand Steve's post right maybe it's because I have my own task names, products, everything etc. included for setup on my data card. I don't keyboard enter anything once I'm in the cab, get everything off the pick lists, other than maybe a roundup rate or a new guidance line name.
I use EasiSuite for data card setup.
The only time I remember having to re-enter machine setup is when switching the 2600 to another vehicle or using a different data card.
If the field is completed - planted, sprayed whatever. What is the purpose of saving coverage maps on the 2600? Just wondering if I am unaware of some feature that can be used. And why do people want to use or keep a high capacity data card and a whole years data on a card? I try to copy our cards to a storage drive after every operation is complete and then erase that data off the card? | |
