Subject: RE: Deere 9500 hydraulic tank leak question

Monroe City, Indiana
Our 9500 had the same leak. Tried the epoxy for fuel tanks- worked for a few years. Gave up and took the tank off, cleaned the outside and took to a retired welder. While it was off, put a hose and valve on the bottom to make emptying easier. Weld was still holding when the water pump seal failed and ruined the crank bearings. It got hauled to Sikeston Missouri bone yard.
