I was told that I had to get the cable from raven to hook the 440 to the 600. I am not sure what is special about it but apparently a regular serial cable or null modem cable will not work. I went ahead and got the
Raven cable and the Case 600 split out cable that Torn is talking about. The 600 to Raven configuration works good once you get it all going.

I am quite certain that you need the special cable that is mentioned above. In our work with Ravens and Ag Leader products, this special cable is needed. I believe it is also needed when tying Raven products to other Raven products.
I don't remember the pinout but some pins are "tied" together in this special cable. |
