That seems to be a regular meme with a lot of the doctors I follow. I think they are worried about pesticide residues and that sort of thing.

I think the main thing is get the macros right to get 80-90% of the benefit. Then if a person wants to argue grass fed pasture raised organic is better for the last few percent and they can afford it, I say go for it. Otherwise, I think any difference is miniscule.

I almost never find any doctor or guru that I agree 100% with. But that does not mean they do not have good information. No one is ever right 100% of the time. I follow probably a dozen different doctors and try to find the areas of common ground where they can back it up with scientific studies.

You are right about most of what we have been taught about food for the last 50 years has been wrong.
