A lot of them now can do this via an app at that sort of distance.
You can see the framing and stop/start record or shutter press on most, further manual adjustments like aperture might have to be done on camera with some of them.
If you are familiar with one brand see what they have I wouldn't specifically suggest any is in any way 'better'
