| Make sure there is a little play (side to side) on the clutch. I believe the book says 1/16 inch. You do not want the clutch pinched tight on the shaft. Also make sure the master link is facing out, this can hit the dust seal and release the clutch. I have had the ex valves on the kinze brand air valves that still had a plug installed and would not let the clutch bank release. (some forgot to remove it at the factory) This will usually effect 4 clutches though. | |
