Just rent it to JIM BROWN he rents everything else around there-----for any of you that don't know about eaglebutte it is a hole in the ground, the farms can be quite ruff, can suffer droughts, frequent crop failure. I rode my ass over 10,800 acres custom harvesting there and i didn't see a single quarter section that should have been broke out of grass.
