N Central IA | I have a Dell Studio 17 laptop with Vista, and every time I start it it says Windows won't start and goes to start up repair. It then goes to start up repair and goes back to a previous setting than starts fine. When I shut off the computer it installs up dates, after updates are installed Windows won't start and it does this every time. How do I get out of this vicious cycle? | |
