| Had one get under the house last year...Put a live trap with bait..peanut butter on crackers
in. Next day, nothing. And I had shown a light underneath and saw it climbing up into the
insulation. Called an animal control person in wichita. She was coming out the next day but
said try the oil out of a can of oysters and put a cover over the trap. Next day, trap door
was down but I was too chicken to lift the cover..So the lady comes out..lifts the blanket
a little an exclaims.."you've caught a skunk!"...And just by looking she said it was a female
and she was pregnant for the 1st time. Really an amazing person...wasn't too crazy about
me shooting armadillos. | |
