The map panel will allow navigation to anywhere (zoom an dpan) and the right day-panels will provide imagery time series... might he helpful down the track to detail drought losses? The white pointing circle is scaled appropriately in either panel. This example is based on the Sanborn Field at University of Missouri. Sanborn is a bit more than 7 acres. There might be as many as 8 or more pixels for the field in this example?
This is an example of the "free" access to essentially all of Google Earth's information as well as more, a lot more. Watch for Google Outreach to start yielding information about erosion and soil carbon. For those who have a great problem that Google's massive computing computing and its Google Earth Enterprise might help illustrate, please share Google Earth Outreach.
