You can get Radarscope for a 10 buck one time fee, and a version that's 10 per year I think. You won't find any better unless you really want to pay a steep price.
GRLevel3 is $80 one time
GR2Analyst is $250 one time.
So I'd recommend Radarscope unless you want to get really weather nerdy.
