Going on memory- it’s a one relay system to control it from increase & decrease. It was on the 10 series that we found the circuit board bad on one of those speeds. So I just had him cut the wires & reverse it. Uses high speed to lower it back down. The relay location is right outside the cab.
Agree with Corngpa. Motor could be bad. Remove it before you do it manually.
