To me its a 1500 dollar pickup if it has normal midwest rust for a 45 year old pickup. Anyone that wants to fix it up would probably need to replace or repair almost all the body panels with new stuff (boxsides, doors, rockers, cab corners, fenders). There are very few clean ones left, but still a lot of rusty ones to pick from.
