There should be northwest flow entering the Dakotas, iowa, Minnesota fir June 11. Unfortunately even the gfs inst picking up on it. The most important part is the setting up of a gulf tropical depression June 14. It is on the verge of getting up to hurricane status and hurricanes are known drought busters.
