E.Central MN | One of the few times our power has ever been out for more than an hour was several years ago when a big transmission line went down out west that sent power to the big regional electric coop that in turn supplied the smaller electric coops. Initially they didn't know how long it would take to restore power, but power was back on in about 4 hrs. The Monday night situation didn't affect our power here. So maybe the electric grid has been improved. | |
