The holes of themselves wouldn’t worry me, just wear. I ran a roll like that for quite a few thousand bales. The cracks do worry me. At some point the roller will collapse at leave you sit. A replacement roller will not have the bumps on it, it will be a formed rib roll. Replacement is not terribly difficult. There is a hex shaft that slides all the way thru the roll.
