On my L170 I had problems with the parking brake not releasing and it turned out to be one of the grounds going to the frame.   It wasn't the one in the battery box.   NH had it bolted to a well painted frame.   Had to tilt the cab to find it too and it didn't do it all the time, just once in a while.   Frustrating to find.
