Yep, i am experiencing that exactly. Were we to move to town it would cost about double what i am willing to pay. But more importantly, at 64 i would like to buy a new combine. $825000 without a header, 700k to boot, nope. Those are the kind of decisions a lot of people are going to be facing in the next few years...
