Missouri | The original post reminds me of something I saw about a month ago at a sale in northern Missouri. There was a group of us guys before the sale talking about how bad the cattle business is, and how the packers are thieves, and then the sale started. One of the guys in the group went and bought a set a 500 pound steers to turn out on grass for the summer at $1.80. Now when those cattle don’t make any money this fall is it the packers fault? Or is it the idiot that paid way, way too much much money for feeder cattle to background?
