Probably not in best section but you should check out Davis VP2 I have had one for about 12 years mind most items on it have needed changing over the years - it is like the warehouseman's broom. It will outlast the cheaper ones several times over nonetheless.
You can use class it as farm equipment for tax which may help.
They do a more compact Davis Vue which is cheaper and will give similar results but if some parts of it fail you might have to get a new complete unit

The question arises are you planning to have live data online - which you will probably be #1 user of - or just store it from a daily/weekly download.
Either is not overly difficult but needs a bit of research and planning.
