Dyer, TN | Been having trouble with a John Deere 7000 planter getting it to raise properly. I tried rephasing everything according to the book and still having problems. We have put new seals in all of the slave cylinder. We took the master cylinder apart about an hour ago and most everything looked good inside. Before I go to putting a seal kit in this thing I wanted to see if any of you guys had come up with a way to do away with the master cylinder. I hate how it hangs down below the frame. We are putting a hydraulic drive on the planter so we dont have to worry about it operating the clutch. I know that we have to keep alll of the slave cylinders lifting together and thats where things get tricky. Any ideas or suggestions or even pictures of what you guys have done would be greatly appreciated. | |
