Subject: RE: Deleting Master cylinder John Deere 7000 planter

Macon, IL
Please let me know what you find on this, have a 12 row been fighting it on for years-usually just the first day then maybe once through season. But going to 16 row now-and 2 sets of master cylinders-just dreading that.

I have hydraulic drive too, so would keep master cylinder on 3rd remote I guess only for fold/unfold and markers....which almost never get used. Deere had a kit for 7200 to phase ease lift-but was something like $5,000 and not available as kit anymore so who knows what on individual parts.

Would be so much simpler if that kit works as it is advertised. Not sure just plumbing them all together going to work-I think they need to be able to flex somewhat independent-thought that was all part of master cylinder and the way that thing is plumbed.....hope I am wrong. Also wondering how that works to raise front wheels for transport position while leaving rear ones extended....
