| We pull sets of 650. The question is not can you pull it but can you stop it. Should be illegal without brakes. Pulled with a 120 hp tractor to the mill because was the only one without duals at the time. Duals wouldn’t fit at the pit. This tractor doesn’t have hydraulic brakes will not do that again.
We can have 90000 lbs loads with beans. Prefer a 300 hp 8 serie tractor but a 200 hp large frame 7 will do if your in flat country. We are going 32 mph hydraulic brakes coupled to tractor brake pedal. The 8 serie makes me feel more comfortable. | |
